Your first question to ChatGPT

Start small. For example, type:

"Which invoices are still unpaid and have been open for more than 30 days?"

You do not need to run an export or filter anything afterwards. You get an answer straight from your live administration, and you can ask follow-up questions right away (more on that later). You simply type your question in plain language, just as you are used to in ChatGPT.

What can you ask about?

Below are example questions per topic. Copy them exactly or adapt them to your own customers, items and periods. Retrieve and Analyse only read your administration. Create lets ChatGPT prepare a draft first, which you approve.

Yes, and that is exactly its strength. Every answer builds on the previous one, so you can move from an overview to a detail to an action without having to search or filter again.

Nothing in the way you ask it: you type both in plain language. The difference is that the frequently used overviews are tasks you need again and again, such as your outstanding items or your balance sheet. For those overviews, this page provides a starter phrase you can copy word for word and add extra context to, such as a period or a customer.

Yes. If you have connected multiple administrations, you indicate in your question which one you mean. If you are not sure which ones are connected, just ask "Which administrations do I have?"

Yes. The answers come live from your Exact Online administration at the moment you ask the question. So you are not working with an export from yesterday.

Rephrase your question or make it more specific, for example by adding a period or a customer name. You can also simply say that the answer was not correct, and the assistant will try again.

No. Questions that retrieve or analyse only read. If you want something created or changed, the assistant first prepares it as a draft and you approve it before it is final in Exact Online.
