Our connector retrieves your Bol.com orders automatically via the Bol Retailer API and creates them as a sales order, invoice or booking in Exact Online, depending on your Exact Online subscription. Both FBB (Fulfillment by Bol) and FBR (Fulfillment by Retailer) orders are supported. Read more about the working of this connector.

Yes. Returns are recognised and can be created automatically as a credit note in Exact Online. This keeps your accounts balanced, even when customers send products back.

The connector processes every Bol order automatically in Exact Online, as a sales order, sales invoice or entry depending on your subscription. With the reconciliation module your sales are matched directly against a separate suspense account for Bol. As soon as Bol pays out to your bank account, you reconcile this in Exact Online against that same suspense account. This brings your suspense account back into balance and keeps your administration accurate at all times.

Yes. Whether you sell to consumers or to business customers through Bol.com, the orders are processed correctly, including the right VAT treatment per customer segment.
