A new order on Bol.com appears immediately as an order in AFAS.

When you add a product in Bol.com, the connector automatically creates a product in AFAS. The reverse is also possible.

Frequently asked questions

As soon as an order is placed on Bol.com, it is automatically picked up and created as a sales order in AFAS Profit. This includes item lines and customer details.

Yes, both fulfilment methods are supported. For LvB orders the Bol-specific logistics data is included. With self-shipping you can send shipping confirmations from AFAS back to Bol.com.

Items are matched based on EAN code or item number. If an item does not yet exist in AFAS Profit, the connector can create it automatically as a new item.

We monitor Bol.com API updates continuously and adjust the connector proactively. You do not have to do anything yourself, we make sure the integration keeps working with every API version.

Manual exporting takes time and is prone to errors. Our connector works in real time, processes all order data including VAT logic and Bol-specific fields, and offers error handling with automatic retries. Control over your Bol administration without any manual work.
