we explain how we handle your personal data. In doing so, we comply with the applicable
laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

A. Access to the customer portal
When you log in to our portal, we process:

•    E-mail address
•    Telephone number
•    IP address
•    Payment details
•    Billing address

Purpose: To give you access to your account and to carry out our service.
Basis: Performance of the agreement.
Retention period: Until the end of the service.

B. Taking out a subscription
When you take out a subscription, we process the above data for the delivery and administration of the service.

Retention periods:
•    Invoice data, payment details and billing address are kept for a period of 7 years after the subscription ends, in accordance with the tax retention obligation.
•    Other data such as IP address, e-mail address and telephone number are kept for no longer than 3 months after the subscription ends, unless a longer retention period is necessary on the grounds of a legitimate interest or a legal obligation.


C. Account registration
When you register, we process your:
•    Contact details
•    E-mail address
•    Telephone number
•    IP address
•    Billing address
•    Payment details

Purpose: Creating and managing your account.
Retention period: Until 3 months after the account is closed.

2. Contact and communication

If you contact us, we use your data to be able to reply to you or to support you with questions about our service.


3. Advertising and marketing

We may approach you for commercial purposes, for example via:
•    E-mail
•    Telephone
You can unsubscribe from this at any time via an unsubscribe link in the e-mail or through your account settings.

4. Sharing with third parties

We only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for:
•    the performance of our service (for example a hosting provider);
•    compliance with legal obligations;

•    We have a processing agreement with Google;

•    We do not share data with other Google services.
