Frequently asked questions

Yes. Our connector works with Shopware 6 through the Store API and Admin API. Orders, customers and products are synchronised automatically with Exact Online. You do not need to install a plugin in Shopware.

Discounts and promotions are calculated per order line and passed on correctly to Exact Online. The net amount per line is accurate, including any tiered discounts applied in Shopware.

No problem. Our connector reads out data through the Shopware Admin API, not through the frontend. Whether you have a classic or headless setup, the synchronisation works the same way.

We keep the connector actively maintained. When Shopware makes API changes we update the connector, so you do not have to worry about it. 

With our module for country-specific VAT codes, orders are automatically booked at the correct rate. Combine that with the module for foreign currency and your international bookkeeping runs like clockwork.

We offer a full-featured connector for Shopware 6: orders, customers, items and stock. And because Shopware connectors are rare, we paid extra attention to the Shopware-specific data structure such as Sales Channels and Rule Builder discounts.
