Can I integrate Shopware 6 with Exact Online?

Yes. Our integration works with Shopware 6 via the Store API and Admin API. Orders, customers and products are automatically synchronised with Exact Online. You do not need to install a plugin in Shopware.

How are Shopware orders with promotions and tiered pricing processed?

Discounts and promotions are calculated on a per-order-line basis and correctly passed on to Exact Online. The net amount per line is correct, including any volume discounts applied in Shopware.

I’m using Shopware with a headless front end; will the integration still work?

No problem. Our integration retrieves data via the Shopware Admin API, not via the front end. Whether you have a classic or headless setup, the synchronisation works the same way.

What if Shopware releases a major update?

We keep the integration up to date. Whenever Shopware makes changes to its API, we update the integration so you don’t have to worry about it.

I sell in several countries via Shopware; how does the integration handle this?

With our module for country-specific VAT codes, orders are automatically posted at the correct rate. Combine that with the module for foreign currency and your international accounts will run like clockwork.

There aren’t many Shopware integrations on the market; how comprehensive is this one?

We offer a fully-featured integration for Shopware 6: orders, customers, products and stock. And because Shopware integrations are few and far between, we have paid particular attention to the Shopware-specific data structure, such as Sales Channels and Rule Builder discounts.
