How does the Exact Online - Magento trade connector work?

What exactly does the connector do?

Our Magento 2 – Exact Online Trade connector ensures a complete and error-free exchange of data between your webshop and your administration. This happens fully automatically, so you always stay up to date and save time.

1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order in Magento 2, all relevant customer details are recorded directly as a relation and contact in Exact Online. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• E-mail and phone number

You always have a complete and up-to-date customer database in Exact Online, without manual entry. This prevents errors and speeds up your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Products & product information

New products that you add in Magento 2 appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes to product information or prices are synchronised as well. On the first order with shipping costs, a shipping item (“Shipment”) is created automatically.
