How does the Exact Online - WooCommerce trade connector work?

What does the connector do exactly?

Our WooCommerce – Exact Online Commerce connector ensures a complete and error-free exchange of data between your webshop and your administration. This happens automatically, so you're always up to date and save time.

1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order on WooCommerce, all relevant customer data is immediately recorded in Exact Online as both a relationship and a contact person. Consider:

Company name, name and address details
Email and phone number

Advantage:
You always have a complete and current customer database in Exact Online, without manual input. This prevents errors and accelerates your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Products & product information

New products that you add in WooCommerce will automatically appear in Exact Online. Changes in product information or prices are also synchronized. Also, a shipping item ("Shipment") is automatically created with the first order involving shipping costs.
