What does the Bank Connector cost?

After a 30-day trial period, you pay just €7.50 per month for one bank account, and we apply a transparent transaction rate.

How safe is my customer data?

We take security very seriously. Our connector is ISO 27001 certified, and all data is protected with AES-256 encryption. In addition, we undergo annual security audits to ensure the highest security standards.

Can I link multiple bank accounts per connector?

Absolutely! Our connector supports an unlimited number of bank accounts per bank, ideal for businesses with various banking relationships. For just €2.50 extra per account (after January 1, 2025), you can effortlessly add multiple accounts.

How often are bank transactions updated?

Depending on the bank, transactions are automatically updated up to four times a day. This way, you always have the most recent financial data without manual entry.

What about exchange rates for transactions in different currencies?

For up-to-date exchange rates, we offer a handy rate module (€10/month). This module automatically imports the most current exchange rates into Exact Online daily, so you are always up to date.
