What does the connector do exactly?

1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order on Lightspeed, all relevant customer data are immediately recorded as both a relationship and a contact in Exact Online. Consider:

• Company name, name, and address details
• Email and phone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

2. Items & product information
