1. Authorisation connector
During the installation process, simply give permission to share data with the administration of your choice. This is an important step in which you specify which administration you want to connect to and grant the necessary access rights – so that the connection works seamlessly and efficiently.

2. Bank authorisation
The second step? Simply and quickly specify your bank details for seamless integration. Select the country of your bank or bank account, choose your bank from our extensive list of supported banks, and let us do the rest. After choosing your bank, we will direct you to your bank's secure environment to complete the authorisation process effortlessly.
3. Connecting bank account and activating
For each authorised account, simply select the bank book into which the transactions should be imported. Enter your contact details, and the connection will be activated immediately – ready to seamlessly integrate your bank details!

How much does the bank connector cost?
After a 30-day trial period, you pay only €7.50 per month for one bank account, and we apply a transparent transaction fee.
How secure is my data?
We take security very seriously. Our connection is ISO 27001 certified, and all data is protected with AES-256 encryption. In addition, we undergo annual security audits to ensure the highest security standards.
Can I connect multiple bank accounts?
Absolutely! Our connection supports an unlimited number of bank accounts per bank, ideal for companies with multiple banking relationships. For just €2.50 extra per account (after 1 January 2025), you can easily add multiple accounts.
How often are my bank transactions updated?
Depending on the bank, transactions are automatically updated up to four times a day. This means you always have the most recent financial data at your disposal without having to enter it manually.
What about exchange rates for transactions in different currencies?
For up-to-date exchange rates, we offer a handy exchange rate module (€10 per month). This module automatically imports the most current exchange rates into Exact Online every day, so you are always up to date.
