What exactly does the connector do?

Our WooCommerce – Exact Online Invoices connector ensures a complete and error-free exchange of data between your webshop and your administration. This happens fully automatically, so you always stay up to date and save time.

1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order in your WooCommerce shop, all relevant customer data is recorded directly as both a relation and a contact in Exact Online. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email and phone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

Advantage:
You always have a complete and current customer database in Exact Online, without manual entry. This prevents errors and speeds up your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Products & product information

New products and product variants that you add in WooCommerce appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes to product information or prices are synchronised as well. On the first order with shipping costs, a shipping item (“Shipment”) is created automatically.

• SKU and product ID → item code
• Description, prices and item groups
• Always the correct prices

4. VAT, payment terms & more

The connector supports all common VAT scenarios: national, within the EU (ICP), outside the EU (export) and zero rate. This is arranged automatically based on the delivery address and the customer's VAT number.

Payment terms, references and other administrative fields are also transferred correctly.
