What exactly does the connector do?

Our Shopify – Exact Online Invoices connector ensures a complete and error-free exchange of data between your webshop and your administration. This happens fully automatically, so you always stay up to date and save time.

1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order, all relevant details are recorded directly as a relation and contact in Exact Online. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email and phone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

Advantage:
You always have a complete and current customer file in Exact Online, without manual entry. This prevents errors and speeds up your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Items & product information

New products that you add in Shopify appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes to product information or prices are also synchronised.

• SKU and product ID → item code

• Always the correct prices

3. Sales invoices
