1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order, all relevant customer data is immediately recorded in Exact Online as both a relationship and a contact person. Consider:

• Company name, name, and address details
• Email and phone number

You always have a complete and current customer database in Exact Online, without manual entry. This prevents errors and speeds up your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Items & product information

New products that you add to Lightspeed automatically appear in Exact Online. Changes in product information or prices are also synchronized.
