1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order, all relevant customer data is immediately recorded as a relation and contact person in Exact Online. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email and phone number

2. Items & product information

New products you add in Lightspeed automatically appear in Exact Online. Changes in product information or prices are also synchronized.
