When a customer places an order, all relevant customer data is recorded directly as both a relation and a contact person in Exact Online. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• E-mail and telephone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

2. Products & product information

New products you add in Prestashop appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes to product information or prices are synchronised as well.
