1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order, all relevant customer details are recorded directly as a relation and contact in Exact Online. For example:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email and phone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

2. Items & product information

New products that you add in Magento appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes to product information or prices are synchronised as well.
