1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order in Magento 2, all relevant customer details are recorded directly in Exact Online as both a relation and a contact. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email and phone number

2. Sales invoices

When an order is created in Magento 2, a sales entry is automatically generated in Exact Online:
