1. Customers & contact persons

When a customer places an order in Lightspeed, all relevant customer details are recorded in Exact Online straight away, both as an account and as a contact person. This includes:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email address and phone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

You always have a complete and up-to-date customer base in Exact Online, without any manual entry. This prevents errors and speeds up your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Products & product information

New products you add in Lightspeed appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes to product information or prices are synchronised as well.
