1. Customers & contacts

When a customer places an order on CCV Shop, all relevant customer details are recorded directly as a relation and contact in Exact Online. Think of:

• Company name, name and address details
• Email and phone number
• VAT number (including automatic validation)

You always have a complete and up-to-date customer database in Exact Online, without manual entry. This prevents errors and speeds up your invoicing and reporting processes.

2. Items & product information

New products that you add in CCV Shop appear automatically in Exact Online. Changes in product information or prices are synchronised as well.
