You can set up the connector in just three simple steps.

1. Authorize the connector

During the installation process, simply grant permission to share data with the accounting software of your choice. This is an important step where you specifically indicate which administration you want to connect and grant the necessary access rights – so that the connector works seamlessly and efficiently.

2. Authorize your bank

The second step? Simply and quickly specify your bank details for a flawless integration. Select the country of your bank or bank account, choose your bank from our extensive list of supported banks, and let us do the rest. After selecting your bank, we'll direct you to your bank's secure environment to complete the authorization process effortlessly.

3. Connect the bank book and activate

For each authorized account, simply choose the bank book where the transactions should be imported. Fill in your contact details, and the connector becomes active immediately – ready to integrate your bank data seamlessly!

How much does the bank connector cost?

After a 30-day trial period, you pay only €7.50 per month for one bank account and we apply a transparent transaction fee.

How secure is my customer data?

We take security very seriously. Our connector is ISO 27001 certified, and all data is protected with AES-256 encryption. Additionally, we undergo annual security audits to ensure the highest security standards.

Can I connect multiple bank accounts per customer?

Absolutely! Our connector supports an unlimited number of bank accounts per bank, ideal for companies with different banking relationships. For only €2.50 extra per account (After January 1, 2025) you can easily add multiple accounts.

How often are bank transactions updated?

Depending on the bank, transactions are automatically updated up to four times a day. This means you always have the most recent financial data without manual entry.

What about exchange rates for transactions in different currencies?

For up-to-date exchange rates, we have a handy exchange rate module (€10,- / month). This module automatically imports the latest daily exchange rates into Exact Online, so you are always up to date.

What kind of support can I expect?

Our customer service is available Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to help you. For companies with specific needs, we offer various SLA options for different levels of support.
